Let me introduce myself...

Hi beautiful!

I'm Chantelle.

Yoga, pilates, barre, reformer, meditation teacher and movement lover. 

Guiding you along the journey of mindful movement so that you not only feel good from the inside out but more importantly do good for the world and show up as a better person for yourself and those you love is my passion and purpose. Creating a safe space & supportive community is what I'm here for,

I may be a teacher of the above mindful modalities, however it has always been so much for than just teaching a class for me. I am a dedicated and passionate student and lover of these practices, which I have been for many years now. I have personally experienced the ripple effect that they have had on my life, all for the better. Now it is my turn to share my teachers teachings and pass that onto you. 

This journey and life gets to be joyous, fun, impactful and transformational! I am here to share my light, support and guide you along the way.

It is more than just exercise, it is mindful movement.

I take a holistic approach and encapsulate the 4 pillars of life in my classes, workshops/events and online offerings.

These include the; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspect of our being. They all integrate seamlessly with one another, focusing on the mind, body, heart, soul connection.

My aim is to guide you in finding a healthy and happy equilibrium between these pillars so that you feel aligned, connected, nurtured and nourished.

I first started practicing yoga, pilates and barre when I was 13 years old (thanks Mum for dragging me to a class lol)! 

I have been eating plant based for almost 8 years.

I never used to enjoy exercise at all! In fact I despised it until I found yoga and pilates which sparked my love and joy for all things movement and mindfulness!

I absolutely love the beach, it is my happy place.
