I may be a teacher of the above mindful modalities, however it has always been so much for than just teaching a class for me. I am a dedicated and passionate student and lover of these practices, which I have been for many years now. I have personally experienced the ripple effect that they have had on my life, all for the better. Now it is my turn to share my teachers teachings and pass that onto you.

I take a holistic approach and encapsulate the 4 pillars of life in my classes, workshops/events and online offerings.
These include the; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspect of our being. They all integrate seamlessly with one another, focusing on the mind, body, heart, soul connection.
My aim is to guide you in finding a healthy and happy equilibrium between these pillars so that you feel aligned, connected, nurtured and nourished.
